About
Super Stars is an advanced gymnastics program for children ready to take their skills to the next level. Athletes train for 2 hours, twice per week, in a more focused learning environment that emphasizes technique, attention to detail, and continued progression.
Skills include cartwheels and lunge handstands on beam, back hip circles on bars, bridge kick-overs, introductions to back walkovers, and back handsprings. Classes balance serious skill development with a fun, positive, and encouraging atmosphere.
